The Vendrell Apartment is a functional accommodation which is located in Salou on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. The apartment is totally equipped with an open-plan kitchen and a living-dining room which is appointed with a double sofa-bed. It features 2 bedrooms: one room with a double bed, the other one with two individual beds.

The skillfully equipped kitchen is furnished with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker, juicer, etc. In addition, there are a washing machine, iron facilities, a TV in the living room as well as air-conditioning.
The apartment’s terrace offers an excellent view towards the community swimming pool and the sea.

This holiday apartment in Salou is ideal for families with up to 4 persons, who like spending a wonderful beach vacation at the Costa Dorada in an economical accommodation.

Sehr freundliches Eigentümer-Paar. Spricht aber wirklich nur Spanisch. Tochter auch Englisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet sowie ruhig gelegen. Das Haus selber ist ebenfalls sehr ruhig. Wirkungsvolle Klimaanlage. TV leider nur analog und nur spanische Sender, obwohl eigentlich Sat-TV. Kein öffentliches WIFI empfangbar. Grosser, täglich gereinigter Privat-Pool mit Liegestühlen. Ideal für Kinder, da von Mauer umgeben. Meer mit feinem Sandstrand nur 7 - 8 Minuten zu Fuss, Zentrum in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Haus. Juni und Anfang Juli aber genügend öff. Parkplätze. Vermieter von Garagenplätzen wäre im Erdgeschoss (100 Euro / 2 Wochen, verhandelbar!). Etwas weiter entfernt (1 km) Richtung Cap Salou aber Dutzende freier Parkplätze. Wir würden wieder buchen.

les : bon état général de l'appartement,trés bien équipé,propriétaire trés sympatique,belle emplacement,vue piscine/mer.immeuble propre et personel sympatique. les - :difficultée d'avoir des places de parking en pleine saison.(mais parking payan au sous/sol de l'immeuble.)
