This apartment of 30m² has a little terrace that looks onto the garden. There is a double bed in the bedroom (190x150cm), a complete bathroom and in the living room there is a sofa. There is also a fully equipped area for cooking, which includes all the kitchen utensils you may need to feel at home. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2004 and also provides broadband internet connection ADSL (WI-FI).

The Villa is located in Calle Jerico, out of the main part of the city yet with easy access to the centre by bus or metro, and only 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. This apartment in Barcelona is just ideal for those who are travelling by car, as there is more possibility of parking in the area. The nearest metro station is line 3 “Vall dHebron”, located 500m away from the house. This line will take you directly to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. There are also bus routes that will take you to the city centre. This apartment is situated next to Vallcarca, very near the Gaudis Parc Güell, the science museum Cosmo Caixa and the Tibidabo Mountain.
