Built in 1975, the apartment complex is composed of a 6-storey building with facilities such as a 24-hour reception desk with safe and lift. The complex also features a playground for younger guests.

Room

The apartments are all in the studio category and come with a combined living room/ bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be separated with a screen, an en suite bathroom and a tiled kitchenette with a fridge. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two. Some apartments come with a terrace, and a hire television is also available. A cleaning service is provided before guests' arrival and on their departure. Bed linens are changed weekly and use of water and electricity is free of charge, so long as it is within reason.
