Built in 1988 and refurbished in 2009, this complex comprises 16 villas, which share a swimming pool. The complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden and has very impressive sea views. On-site facilities include a lobby and a hotel safe. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park.
This finca is situated in the town of Binibeca Vell. The complex is a replica of a fishermen's settlement and reproduces traditional Mediterranean architecture. The beach can be reached in only 5 minutes on foot, whilst the centre of San Luis is around 3 km away. Mahon can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car or public transport and Mahon Airport is roughly 11 km from the accommodation.

These villas come with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. They are fitted with a complete en suite bathroom with a bath, as well as a kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Additional amenities include a dining room, satellite/cable TV, a safe, an ironing set, and a balcony or terrace.

Sports

The complex has a private outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers and parasols have been laid out poolside for guests' use. The nearby sandy, rock and pebble beaches feature sun loungers and parasols for hire (fees apply).
