Newly opened in the summer of 2007, the complex has 12 apartments spread over 6 floors and offers guests the best of both worlds for the duration of their stay in Barcelona, on the one hand offering the services and the comfort of a hotel, while on the other providing guests with the amenities of a fully equipped apartment. The apartments, which are approximately 70 m2, are adequate for both short and long stays. Thanks to their central location and their excellent amenities, the apartments are guaranteed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers. The apartments are available with either 3 or 4 rooms, and there is one apartment available that can sleep up to five persons. Lift access features as does a laundry service. Parking facilities are available for guests arriving by car.
This apartment complex stands in the heart of Barcelona in the popular and central district of Eixample between Plaza Catalunya and the Sagrada Familia (Gaudí). The centre of Barcelona is about 30 minutes away by foot. Everything that guests may require is nearby, this includes various restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, etc. There are also gardens to be found in the immediate vicinity of the complex. Access to public transport can also be found nearby in the form of the underground (Encants) and the bus network offers links to every point in the city. The nearest train station is Clot, which is some 300 m away. Barcelona Airport is 20 km away.

The apartments come with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities), living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Balconies also feature as standard. Additionally, the apartments are soundproof and equipped with individually-adjustable air conditioning and heating. Satellite/cable TV also features.
