The hotel complex was built in 1992 and renovated in 2002. The complex offers a total of 102 apartments/studios in three 4-storey buildings. There is a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Additional facilities include a café, a bar, TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs available for younger guests, restaurant open from June to September or thereabouts). A conference room and an Internet terminal also count among the extensive facilities available at this hotel. Furthermore, guests may make use of the hotel's room and laundry services, medical assistance, car park and a garage.

Location

This apartment hotel is located on the outskirts of Vilanova, in a quiet side street and only a few paces from the beach (approximately 30 m). An array of restaurants and bars as well as links to the public transport network are located in the hotel's vicinity. The nearest shopping venues and nightclubs are also easily reached within walking distance (within 1 km).

The appealing rooms include an en suite bathroom, an integrated living area/bedroom, a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, radio, Internet access, kitchenette, fridge, minibar, central heating and a safe. The apartments are also furnished with a separate bedroom. Hotel staff cleans the rooms when guests have vacated their rooms.
