The residence consists of a 2-storey main building with four 2-storey neighbouring buildings and a total of 18 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, a currency exchange desk and a public Internet terminal. The hotel also features a small supermarket, shops, a playground, a TV room, a games room and a bicycle storage room. The special features of the complex include a restaurant serving delicious cuisine (with highchairs and air conditioning), a nightclub and a cosy bar. A dining room is additionally available. Room

Spacious and light, all of the apartments include their own bathroom with shower, bath and hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, air conditioning, heating and a hire safe. Each of the apartments feature a combined bedroom/ lounge area, a separate bedroom, a fridge, an oven, tea and coffee making facilities and an iron as well an ironing board. All the apartments also include terraces.

Sports

There are two swimming pools with separate children's pools in the grounds as well as sun loungers and parasols. In addition, it is possible to play billiards, tennis, volleyball and bocce at this hotel. There is an entertainment programme to provide some variation. Various water sports can be undertaken on the beach, such as diving, water skiing and sailing. Parasols and sun loungers are also laid out ready for use.
