The building consists of 27 comfortable apartments totally renewed, distributed in three plants. Surrounded with a wide garden with swimming pool. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. Guests can also take advantage of the laundry service (for an additional fee) and there is parking for those arriving by car.
These apartments are situated on the beachfront in Port De Pollença. Guests will find the town centre 800 m away and it is 6 km from Pollença, 8 km from Alcudia, 17 km from Formentor and 60 km from Palma de Mallorca. Wide offer of bars, restaurants and shops. The zone offers the most wide range in the practice of any sport, candle, windsurfing, kite surf, ski aquatic, golf, cycling, hiking and nordic walking.

Room

The apartments offer a double bedroom with two sofa beds in the lounge. All come with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a safe and a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, individually regulated air conditioning and either a balcony or a terrace are provided in all accommodation as standard.

Sports

This complex features an outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can join an aerobics session or try a range of watersports (all for an additional fee) including: waterskiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, sailing, catamaran boating, canoeing and pedal boating. It is also possible to play a game of tennis, table tennis (charges apply), basketball, handball, beach volleyball, bocce or golf (charges apply). Guests can try archery, go horse riding (for an additional fee) or explore the surrounding area on bicycle (charges apply).
