Renovated in 2003, the air-conditioned hotel with a garden and a terrace is a part of the Cala Gran Costa del Sur complex, and guests may take advantage of the offerings across the entire complex. The hotel comprises a total of 45 apartments and 33 studios spread over three floors. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk open around the clock (in the Cala Gran building), a hotel safe, a bar, and a restaurant with highchairs available for children (in the Costa del Sur building). The 22 m² studios feature a kitchenette, two beds, and a dining table. The apartments (35 m²) are fitted with two beds, a kitchenette, and a living room with a sofa bed. In addition, air conditioning, central heating, and a hire safe are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.

The complex features two heated swimming pools with children's pools, a poolside snack bar, as well as sun loungers and parasols.
