This air-conditioned hotel was built in 2010. Designed by renowned local artists, it has been turned into a cosy, contemporary Mediterranean hotel. At its core are three old fishermens' houses that have been transformed into a modern and comfortable environment. The design and location will make guests feel part of Roses and the Costa Brava. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception, and facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. There are conference facilities available, and plenty of common areas such as a games room, TV lounge, café, bar and restaurant. Additional services include WLAN Internet access, room service and laundry service. Younger guests can enjoy use of the children's playground. The nearest bus station is around 150 m away, and it is about 18 km to the train station. Girona - Costa Brava Airport is around 50 km away and Barcelona Airport is approximately 150 km away.

Room

Due to the uniqueness of the building, rooms vary in shape, size and colour. However, they all share a modern Mediterranean design and feature a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite channels, a telephone, WLAN Internet access and air conditioning and heating. All rooms also offer a double bed with high quality mattresses, a safe and a minibar. A fully equipped en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and heated towel bars comes as standard.

Sports

Guests enjoy use of a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Sun loungers are available at the beach for a fee.

The hotel offers continental or buffet breakfast, while both lunch and dinner are available either as a buffet or from a set menu.
