It is also near the International Convention Centre of Barcelona (CCIB) and the closest metro station is L4 Selva de Mar.

The décor is functional and modern and the main floor of the accommodation has an open and modern kitchen, fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and is furnished in modern style. The apartments also come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and are equipped with a TV, Internet access and a kitchen with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, a washing machine, an ironing set, bed linen and towels and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard.
