The building was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 1998, and some refurbishments were made in 2006 and 2007. It offers a total of 274 guestrooms spread over 9 floors, of which 20 are singles and 254 double/twin rooms. Guests are offered a spacious foyer with lifts, a currency exchange desk and a TV room. In addition, the hotel offers an air-conditioned restaurant. The hotel also provides parking facilities for those arriving by car and a small peaceful garden.
This pleasant beach hotel is just a short distance from long sandy beaches and only minutes from the centre of Palma Nova. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. There is an excellent golf course under 3 miles away and a tennis court less than 2 miles from the hotel.
