The hotel was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2004. It consists of a total of 97 rooms on 5 floors of which 92 are doubles and 5 are suites. The hotel has a 2,500 m² garden, a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, a cloakroom and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a bar, a café, a newspaper stand, and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children as well as a conference room and a games room. In addition, it offers WLAN Internet access. Room and laundry services and medical services also form part of the hotel's amenities. The modern city hotel is located in the tourist area of Cala Mayor. The famous sailing school of Cala Nova is situated in the immediate vicinity.
