The hotel complex has 110 rooms and 70 apartments over 6 floors. The city hotel was built in 1983 and completely renovated in 2003. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 3 lifts, a safe, a currency exchange desk free WiFi access in the living rooms and cafeteria. Additional facilities include a bar a TV room, a lounge and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children. This hotel is situated in a central location, close to the harbour (250 m) and in one of Ibiza's side streets.
