The complex was built in 1997 and completely renovated in 2000. There are a total of 74 apartments spread over a 4 builts. Numbered amongst the facilities are a reception, bar, TV room, Internet access, playground and parking.
This apartment hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Lloret de Mar just a few paces from the town centre. Close to the apartments are a good selection of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs that are just waiting to be discovered. The beach is 1 km away and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.
