The building is designed with different kinds of apartments, from spectacular penthouses with terraces to functional 1-bedroom en suite studios, or comfortable 2 or more bedroom apartments and ground floor apartments with a garden. All of the apartments have 1 or 2 separate rooms, 1 or 2 en suite bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer as well as a flat-screen TV with international channels, air conditioning (with cooling and heating control), all household amenities (towels, sheets, etc.) and a safe. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a tea and coffee making facilities, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and fridge.
