Built in 1870 as a commission for the Serra-Chopitea family, the building was converted into a hotel in 1935. Today it still stores countless pieces and works of art from the 19th century, making it at once a distinguished, elegant and unique hotel. The Hotel has 53 rooms, each one unique, and all fit with the finest architectural details, a TV and reading room, ADSL in the Business center, a terrace garden of 500m2 and public parking just 20m away. The hotel also invites you to host conferences and parties, in any one of its 3 conference rooms.
The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, beside Plaça Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and rather near to some of Barcelona's most beloved landmarks, including la Pedrera, Casa Battlló, Palau Robert, Casa Fargas and Casa Ametller. Near there are a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. And with public transportation can easily reach the Fira Barcelona.
