Built in 2002 and comprising a total of 120 suites spread over 3 floors, there is a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, 5 lifts, a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, a bike hire service and a laundry service. The apartment hotel lies just 150 m from the beach. The immediate vicinity offers a small yacht harbour with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Ciudadela is around 10 km from the hotel and public transport departs from stops located just 50 m from the hotel.
