Established in 2005, this luxury hotel was designed by British architect Richard Rogers and offers a total of 280 rooms on 27 floors, including 34 suites and 4 wheelchair-accessible rooms. The hotel features a restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes prepared with wine. The hotel's most dominant feature is the glass dome ""Eva"" restaurant at the top of the Tower. Guests can also eat in the Axis Bar and the café. The hotel has a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a lift, a TV room, a conference room, WiFi and a garage (charges apply). An auditorium, shops, a hairdressing salon, and room and laundry services (charges apply) are also on offer. The hotel offers complimentary transfer service to and from airport and Plaza Catalunya.

Location

Ideally situated halfway between Barcelona International Aiport and Barcelona City Centre, the Hesperia Tower hotel offers a free transfer service to and from the airport (10 minutes), as well as to and from the city centre (top of the Ramblas, 15 minutes).| The hotel is furthermore on the doorstep of the FIRA Exhibition Centre, home to Barcelona's major trade fairs, and is only 15 minutes by taxi from Barcelona's Cruise Port.

Room

The rooms have been tastefully decorated with rich fabrics and deep colours, such as aubergine and burgundy, with cream carpets throughout. Well-balanced lighting means the room can be used for working or relaxing. Fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a minibar, a hire safe, ironing equipment, and individual air conditioning and heating. The rooms also come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a lounge area and a terrace.

Sports

Restaurants

The hotel offers The Azimut can be hired for Private Dining for Lunch and or Dinner. The Bouquet restaurant specialises in wine-based dishes and boasts of one of the best wine cellars in Barcelona. Set Executive Menus are available for Lunch, as well as À la Carte dishes. The EVO restaurant is one of Chef Santi Santamaría's famous Michelin star establishments, widely know for its exquisite menu de degustation. It is recommended to reserve in advance for dinner reservations.
