The complex was built in 1987 and renovated in 2004. The hotel offers a main building and an annexe block each with 2 floors and 210 double rooms in total. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a games room, a TV room and bicycle hire. It also offers a supermarket, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area highchairs for younger guests. Further services include laundry and room services as well as medical assistance. The complex offers younger guests a playground with a kids club and parking facilities.
This attractive apartment complex lies in a wonderful location, directly overlooking the Font Sa Cala bay. The beautiful sandy beach is easily reached down a flight of steps. Cala Ratjada is just 3 km from the complex. A regular bus service is on offer and public transport stops directly in front of the hotel.

Room

The studios and apartments are tastefully furnished and are equipped with their own bathroom with a shower. Moreover, each has a combined living/ bedroom with sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. All the apartments are also furnished with a separate bedroom and are cleaned on guests' departure.

Sports

A swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols and a pool bar is located in the outdoor complex. The complex offers its guests tennis and table tennis facilities, a pool table, minigolf and a varied seasonal entertainment programme.
