Built in 2007, the hotel has been designed with the aim of offering its customers maximum exclusivity, well being, rest and comfort. The 157-room beach hotel is fully air-conditioned and provides a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. It also offers a hotel safe, currency exchange facility, cloakroom, lift access, kiosk, shops, casino and games room. There are also 3 bars, a café and a restaurant on offer to hotel guests. Conference facilities are provided, and the hotel offers Internet access, room and laundry services, bicycle storage and a car park and garage for guests arriving by car.
The hotel is situated in the exclusive area of Marina Botafoch, near to the famous Pacha night club. The beach is 600 metres from the hotel, and restaurants, bars and links to the public transport network are all located within a 200 m radius.

Room

The junior suites are a loft-style room, with a king-size bed. The bathroom facilities are unique and include a whirlpool, a separate shower with different massage settings, cabinets, hairdryer and a telephone. The junior suites are fully equipped with the latest technology and facilities in order to combine the best in art with the best in technology. The amenities include direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, hifi system, minibar, central heating, air conditioning, a safe and a balcony or terrace.

Sports

The hotel has a marvellous spa and health centre, where guests are able to choose from different treatments. There are four different specialities: Open Fitness, Open Spa Experience, Open Aqua and Open Beauty. The centre is equipped with the latest technology and experienced staff. All these services are subject to additional payment. The facilities include 2 swimming pools, a spa pool, sauna, solarium, massage and a gym.

Restaurants

In the Restaurant Costa Mara, guests will enjoy exquisite dining. The menu provides creativity and originality and is accompanied by an exceptional selection of national and international wines. Complete breakfasts and brunches are available from a buffet, whilst lunch and dinner can be ordered à la carte. Lunch can also be selected from a set menu.
