Comprising a total of 102 apartments, this 3 storey luxury hotel was built in 1992 and renovated in 1999. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 4 lifts, a café, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (with a non-smoking area). There are laundry and room services, a bicycle cellar and younger guests may join in the kids' club activities.
Lying close to the centre of Cala Ratjada, this luxury hotel is situated less that a kilometre from fine sand Cala Guya beach. There are an abundance of entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs to be found in and around the town centre and promenade.

The comfortable, air-conditioned apartments come with a bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a minibar, a fridge, central heating, a safe and a balcony.

Sports

Featuring in the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool, a children's pool, a pool bar, parasols and sun loungers. It is also possible to make use of the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, steam bath and gym.
