This hotel was built in 1968 and renovated in 1993. It comprises a 5-storey building with a total of 650 rooms of which 17 are singles and 633 are doubles. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception and a lift. In addition, the hotel provides a TV room and a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and a bar. For younger guests there is a playground and a kids club on offer (supervision offered by the hour for 4 to 14 year olds). In addition, the hotel offers use of a public Internet terminal.
This hotel is located in a pine forest. It is found in the popular and lively resort of El Arenal. The beach promenade and the marina are within just 300 metres of the hotel. Numerous bars, restaurant and nightlife venues are all to be found there. Public transport departs from stops located close to the hotel and may easily be reached on foot.

The simple rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom. All the rooms come with a direct dial telephone, come fitted with a safe (for an added fee) and a balcony as standard.

Sports

The hotel has 2 pools with children's paddling pools, parasols, deckchairs and a snack bar. Nearby, it is possible for fitness enthusiasts to enjoy tennis, squash and a gym available. Guests are also invited to use the solarium and there is a seasonal entertainment programme offered. To complete the options available at this hotel, aerobics classes, table tennis, bocce, archery and pool are on offer. An attraction for young and older guests is the Aquapark located nearby (for an additional fee).
