The style and proportions of the facade of this country house suggest that it dates to the 17th century, although it was likely begun in the 16th century. The kitchen and the pens for livestock were on the ground floor, while the first floor housed the bedrooms, granary and barn for the livestock. A stone well has been conserved from this period. The property has barbecues, gardens areas and open spaces around the house, as well as separate areas with garden furniture. This renovated farmhouse is listed as a Cultural Asset of Local Interest. It was renovated in 2010 and offers a total of 3 apartments.
This farmhouse is located in the town of Palafolls, in the province of Barcelona, close to the Ciutadella and the slope of the castle. It is around 500 m from the town centre. The nearest beach is around 4.8 km away at Blanes, on the Costa Brava, and the Montnegre Park is close by, also around 4.8 km away. Nearby, guests can visit Palafolls Castle and the Romanesque church of San Genis, Montseny Natural Park, which is some 45 km away, and the weekly markets in Tordera, Blanes and Malgrat de Mar. Girona Airport is around 45 km away and Barcelona Airport is some 60 km away.

Room

The house has been divided into three apartments: Les Sitges, Les Corts and El Graner, thus retaining the names of the functions that each part of the house used to have. Les Sitges and El Graner can accommodate up to four people each, and Les Corts, a duplex, is suitable for up to six people. There is a private bathroom with shower in each apartment, and two in the duplex. Each apartment has central heating and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. In the dining room there is a TV with satellite/cable channels, and wireless Internet access is provided. The apartments also feature double or king-size beds, a radio and a balcony or terrace.

Sun loungers and parasols are available on the nearby sandy/rocky/pebble beach.
