The residence is a new concept in accommodation for young travellers and students looking for a place to stay in Barcelona. It offers 97 private double and twin rooms with a private bathroom, a shared kitchen/lounge where guests can cook, socialise and relax and on the roof there is a lounge, a swimming pool and solarium to enjoy during the Barcelona summer. The multicultural atmosphere is created by international students who come to Barcelona to study or work for longer periods or just for a holiday. Guests will find complimentary wireless Internet access, a car park, coin-operated laundry machine, 24-hour reception service and lift service. Sheets and towels are included with daily stays, as is the safe deposit box rental.

Location

This residence for young people is located in Avenida Parallel at the corner with Blasco de Garay in the Poble Sec district. It is just a 10-minute walk to Las Ramblas and Barcelona's old town of Ciutat Vella. The Ciutat Vella takes in the Barri Gòtic area and the world-famous promenade of Las Ramblas. The former is the city's medieval core, a maze of atmospheric alleyways clustered around the splendid Gothic cathedral. Quirky specialist shops and atmospheric bars and eateries abound. The Museu Picasso and the Museu d'Història de la Ciutat are particularly worth visiting.
