This is a new resort complex, built in 2008 and features minimalist, functional design in all apartments. It comprises a total of 41 loft apartments with street views, garden views, sea views or side views of the sea front. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lift access. It also offers a mini supermarket, WLAN Internet access and room and laundry services.
This complex is located right on the seafront in the heart of the entertainment area of Palm Beach, plus it is surrounded by all kinds of cafés and restaurants and is just 500 metres from the nearest links to the public transport network. Only a 10-minute walk from the establishment, guests will find the most famous nightlife area of Playa de Palma, with Ballermann 6, the Riu Center and Strasse Bier and some of the best nightclubs on the island such as the Riu Palace and MegaPark. It is 1 km to the nearest shops and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 5 km away.

Room

All apartments come with a bathroom with a fixed-bracket shower and a hairdryer (on request from reception), as well as a safe (charges apply), air conditioning and heating and a TV. Some apartments offers a sofa bed (on request), a terrace or balcony and a kitchenette with a mini fridge (without a freezer), tea and coffee making facilities, a ceramic cooking hob, a small oven and a microwave. Furthermore, a king-size or double bed is provided as standard.

A 2-minute walk along the promenade guests will find the sailing club which offers sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. The Maioris Golf Course is only 8 km away.
