The building was constructed in 1973 and its rooms have been completely renovated in 2008. On 13 floors there are 255 rooms, including 20 superior rooms and 20 suites. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. Moreover, there is a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, lifts, a café, a restaurant, conference rooms and an internet terminal. Guests can also use the hotel's room and laundry service, the medical assistance and the car park.
