The pension was built in 1965 and contains a total of 22 rooms on just one floor, of which 20 are doubles and 1 is a single. It also has a 1,000 m² garden, a lobby with a safe, a cloakroom and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a bar, TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children. Room and laundry services and medical services also form part of the hotel's amenities.
This appealing pension is located directly on the sea, approximately 50 m from the fine, sandy beach. There are scores of shops, nightclubs, bars, pubs, as well as restaurants just 100 m away. Palma de Mallorca airport is around 60 km inland from the hotel.

The hotel has a swimming pool and a snack bar. There are also sun loungers and parasols.

Breakfast is available to guests each morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu and at lunchtime there is also a set menu available to choose from.
