This family friendly bungalow complex was completely renovated in the year 2004 and comprises 3 buildings with 40 apartments and 30 studios. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, and currency exchange desk. The complex also features a games room, a TV room, a nightclub, a public Internet terminal and a bicycle hire facility. The special features of the complex include an air-conditioned restaurant (with highchairs), a café and a cosy bar. Room, laundry and medical services are further features that can be taken advantage of by guests. For younger guests there is a kids' club and a children's playground. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, central heating and air conditioning. Each room also features a terrace, a kitchenette with a fridge and a cosy double bed. The apartments additionally include a separate bedroom.

The outdoor complex offers a swimming pool with children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar as well as parasols.
