The building was constructed in 1967, renovated in 2005 and is composed of a 6-floored building with a total of 170 rooms of which 15 are singles and 155 are doubles. The hotel has a 24-hour reception with a hotel safe, a lift and a café. Additional facilities include a TV room, a conference room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with non-smoking area. Internet access, medical assistance, a bicycle cellar and a bike hire service are all also available to guests.
