The apartment hotel has been run by the owner's family since 1955. It has eight 1- and 2-bedroom apartments offering an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday where guests can relax on the beach, take advantage of the nature that surrounds this incredible place and enjoy its people and gastronomy. Guests may make use of the bar and restaurant.
The apartment hotel is situated in a quiet location about 100 m from the small beach of Alcaufar. There is a bus stop nearby, and guests can find shops, bars, restaurants and nautical sports about 2 km away in the S'Algar area. Mahón, the closest city and also the capital of the island, is about 9 km away. Mahón Airport is situated some 10 km away.

Room

The apartments all have a living/dining room with sofa bed and 1 or 2 bedrooms. There is also an en suite bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, TV, hire safe and balcony.

Sports

Guests may make use of the outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area at the Hotel Xuroy which is only a few metres away. A golf course is to be found roughly 40 km from the hotel.
