The building was constructed in 1975 and completely renovated in 2002. It consists of a total of 500 rooms on 19 floors of which 74 are singles, 402 are doubles and 24 are suites. The lobby contains a 24-hour reception, lifts, a safe, a cloakroom and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a café, several shops, a hairdressing salon, a TV room, a conference as well as an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. This luxury hotel is located on the Avenida Diagonal, not far from the renowned Camp Nou Stadium. It takes 15 minutes on foot to reach the centre and the nearest shops are just 100 m away. The en-suite rooms are congenially furnished and are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a stereo and Internet access. A minibar, a king-size bed, central heating and safe are included as standard.
