The hotel was renovated in 2004 and consists of a total of 250 apartments on 4 floors. The fully air-conditioned building offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, 4 lifts, a games room, wireless Internet access, a TV room as well as a bicycle storage facility and rental. The inviting air-conditioned à la carte restaurant has a separate non-smoking area and highchairs are also available on request. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park or in the garage. There is a playground and kids' club for children aged between 4 and 12 years old. The laundry service as well as the medical assistance rounds off the services available from the hotel.
This apartment complex is located at the heart of Sa Coma as well as close to shops, restaurants, bars and pubs and with splendid connections to the public transport network. It is set back from the road to Cala Millor (2.5 km away) and around 300 m from the sandy beach. The nearest club is within walking distance, around 1 km away.

A large number of sports activities are on offer in the local sports centre (all for an additional fee), 18 tennis sand courts, 2 squash courts, a golf driving range, mountain bikes, table tennis, archery, a sauna and a 54-hole minigolf course. In addition, beach volleyball and golf (the nearest golf course is 2.5 km away) are also on offer. Water aerobics, diving, gym aerobics and horse riding round off the activities available here. Guests may also take advantage of the gym available in the hotel. There is also a varied entertainment programme for both children and adults.
