Built in 1974 and renovated in 2004, this complex offers a total of 307 apartments spread over 9 floors as well as sprawling, beautiful gardens (10,000 m²) and swimming pools for adults and children ( with aquatic park). Guests to the ApartHotel are offered use of a stylish foyer with lifts, safes, a currency exchange facility and a 24-hour reception desk. In addition, there is a café, a cosy bar, a small supermarket, a newspaper stand, a games room, a conference room and a TV room. Dining options include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurants with highchairs for infants and there are also various other facilities including a public Internet terminal and prepaid WIFI service, an in-house laundry service and medical assistance. Furthermore, there is a bicycle, moto, cars hire service and an entertainment for younger visitors.
This is an apartment complex located between lake and mountain on the popular and commercial Pere Mas i Reus Avenue. Located near the historic town of Alcúdia (bus stop 3 minutes from the apartments) and the Albufera Natural Park (3 km), the location of Apartamentos is ideal to do all kind of sports and enjoy leisure and culture in the locality.

Room

The comfortably equipped apartments all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, prepaid WI-FI system, satellite/ cable TV, air coditioning/heating and a safe. There is also a kitchenette, a fridge, tiling and a lounge area in each.

Sports

In the garden complex is a swimming pool with integrated children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a small water park, an outdoor gym in-between a mediterranean garden and a snack bar. Further leisure activities such as table tennis and horse riding are also on offer. There is a solarium within the hotel and, for an additional fee, guests have the opportunity to play a round of tennis or billiards. There is a seasonally varying entertainment on offer at the hotel and the nearest golf course lies some 3 km from the hotel.
