This is a beautiful and quiet complex comprising a total of 32 apartments, which are divided between 4 two-storey blocks. The accommodation is ideal for families and groups of friends. Although the complex does not offer lift access, it welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception service and currency exchange facilities, and offers a café, a bar and Internet access for a fee. Safety deposit boxes are available for a fee and children can play at the playground.
This apartment hotel is located down a quiet and well-known avenue. It lies just 700 metres from the main shopping street, which also contains a number of bars and restaurants (although bars and restaurants can also be found down the street where the apartments are located). The accommodation is 800 metres from the famous and wide sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia and a popular water park can be found within 300 metres of the establishment. The local supermarket lies down the same street and the local bus stop is just 20 metres from the complex. The centre of Alcudia is 3 km away, Palma de Mallorca is 60 km away and Son Sant Joan Airport is some 56 km from the establishment.

Room

The accommodation units comprise 2 twin bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, one with a bathtub. All apartments come equipped with a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, electric cookers and tea and coffee making facilities. Individually regulated air conditioning and safety deposit boxes are available for a fee, and English satellite TV and a large terrace with space for a table and chairs feature. The rooms are not equipped for disabled guests.

Sports

The complex is home to a large sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a children's swimming area. Hammocks, sun loungers and parasols are all available poolside and a snack bar is on hand to provide convenient refreshments. The nearby beach is sandy and sun loungers and parasols can be hired there for a fee. The hotel's coffee bar sometimes organises evening leisure activities such as live music, karaoke and other shows. Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit the course at Aucanada, which is 4 km from the apartment hotel.
