The foyer features a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift and a currency exchange desk. This friendly apartment complex lies in the centre of the lively area of Playa del Bossa, only around 100 m away from the sandy beach. Numerous shopping venues, restaurants, bars and the famous Bora Bora nightclub as well as Space are all located in the hotel's vicinity. The nearest public transport lies within 50 metres of the hotel. Sant Jordi lies around 2 km away and Ibiza Town is roughly 4 km from the hotel.

The apartments have wood floors and capacity for 3 people. The renovated estudios include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a hire safe as well as a balcony. The air conditioning can be individually regulated.

The grounds feature a swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, children's pools, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
