The hotel was built in 1997, renovated in the year 2000 and comprises 152 rooms spread over 11 floors of which 9 are singles and 142 are double rooms. There is a stylish lobby with 2 lifts, safes and a 24-hour reception. Furthermore, there is an air-conditioned lounge area with a bar, a television as well as games machines and an air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant. In addition, room and laundry services are available.
