This is a recently refurbished residential complex comprising more than 600 apartments for 1, 2, 4 and 5 people. With over 1700 beds, it offers different types of accommodation, and a diversity of facilities and services. So, besides families and small groups, it is also perfectly designed to accommodate large sports groups, congress attendees and youth groups. The facilities on offer to guests include air conditioning, a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, WLAN/Internet access, a laundry service, lift access, an apartment maintenance service, permanent security staff, conference facilities, free, open-air parking for coaches and cars, large garden areas, a playground and a commercial area in the main centre of the residential development with a mini supermarket, a newspaper stand, a café, bars and restaurants. This apartment complex is located in the main centre of the Campus of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB). The apartments have a privileged location, in a natural environment on the edge of the campus, close to the forests of Vallès and Tibidabo, which allows guests to enjoy unique views. It is only 20 km away from the city of Barcelona, with fast connections, thanks to the public transport and motorway networks. Barcelona Airport is around 40 km away.

Room

Each apartment has a kitchen, bedroom/s, and bathroom/s. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped, and offer Internet access free of charge. Furthermore, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, heating and either a balcony or a terrace are provided in all accommodation as standard.

Sports

The complex features a swimming pool with a lifeguard service and a poolside snack bar.
