This apartment complex is located in the holiday area of Playo de Fornells, directly beside the beautiful sandy beach. Restaurants, bars and public transport can all be found in front of the complex. The city centre is 3 km away and it is some 30 km to Menorca Airport.

The villas have 1 double room, 2 twins and 1 complet bathroom as well as 1 bathtub with shower. All of them have a lounge, satellite/cable TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, tea and coffee maker facilities and washing machine and an iron, hire safe, balcony or terrace as well as air conditioning and heating.
