The complex consists of 10 individual villas with terrace and private swimmingpool. The hand-over of the keys is in the recepcion where you can also find services like currency exchange facilities and safe. The area of Son Bou offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and amusements for childrens.The area disposes of various parking places.
The villas are situated at the top of the Torre Solí Nou hill, near the San Valentin Hotel, at 2 km from the Son Bou beach. It takes a 20 minutes walk to arrive to the tourist centre where you can find bars, pubs, restaurants, and a public transport stop.

Two twin bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room. Complete bathroom. Large and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, etc. Sitting and dining room with TV, opening onto a sunny terrace and attractive private swimming pool area. |

It is definitely a resort where it is possible to find all kinds of different dining options (supermarkets, restaurants, take away, etc) but if at anytime you wish to avoid the work of cooking and enjoy the food and service of a local restaurant, here are some tried, tested and popular local restaurants: Sa Palmareta (Alaior), Compostela (Alaior), Casa Andres (Son Bou) and Las Dunas (Son Bou).
