Built in 1991 and renovated in 2007, this air-conditioned hotel consists of 4 blocks of apartments. In total, there are 194 guestrooms as well as a terrace offering wonderful views out over the sea. Facilities include a pleasant lobby with a reception and a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift, a café, a salon bar and a supermarket. In addition to this, there is an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with non-smoking area and highchairs for infants, 3 conference rooms, 2 public Internet terminals, a bicycle hire service, a kids' club as well as a playground. This ApartHotel is situated in a lively area of Palma Nova, in the tourist centre of the town within metres of Son Matias beach. In the hotel's vicinity lie plenty of shops and restaurants, lively bars and nightclubs, which are ideal for younger visitors to the island. The hotel is well situated for the public transport network meaning that the capital town of the island, Palma, which lies just 20 km from the hotel, may easily be reached, as may the international airport (25 km away).

The pleasant rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a hire safe. They also come with a kitchenette, a fridge, a lounge area, central heating and air conditioning (depending on the season). Each apartment is tiled and carpeted, and has a terrace.

Sports

The hotel complex contains a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and paddling pool, parasols, sun loungers and a snack bar. There is also a heated indoor pool, which is open from October until the end of May, a solarium, a massage service, table tennis, aerobics, a gym, archery, horse riding, basketball and volleyball. On payment of an additional fee, guests may make use of the floodlit tennis hard court, sauna and billiards table. There is a varied seasonal programme on offer from May until October.

A delightful breakfast buffet is served every morning. In addition, a buffet service is also offered in the evenings.
