Main bedroom rather noisy but since it is on the Ramblas, perhaps not surprising. Benefits far outweighed this problem. Proximity (ie. next door!) to the "Sex Supermarket" might offend some and ought to be mentioned (or form part of the photographs)

Appartement was vies, plakkerig bij aankomst, reparaties aan elektrisch niet uitgevoerd (stopcontact los, verlichting deed het niet) en er ontbraken essentiële zaken zoals voldoende dekbedden. Verder was het appartement O.K. en gunstige ligging. Badkamer erg mooi.

We all the loved the cacommodations very much. Everything was perfect -- only the elevator broke down and I don't think that's anything you can change. Thanks for everything and would very much like to use it again if I come back to Barcelona. Love and peace, Linda Marie

Taxiride to the accomodation was very pricy, especially since i asked in time to the contactperson how much a ride from the airport to the appartment would cost, we paid twice that much. Don't know whether the cab driver just overcharged us since his taxi meter was turned off. Furthermore the contactperson (with whom i have the contact through emails) asked to sent him a text message on arrival, i sent 2, but these weren't answered, so we waited outside for more then 45 minutes with a child and several phonecalls attempts, later on it was explained that they sticked to the time i thought we would be at the appartment. So what's the use asking for a text message if you don' t do anything with it. Bye the way the guy - Paul_ that later on brought the keys was nice. It would be nice to state in the advertisement that the metro station is just 100 metres from the accomodation towards the Christopher Columbus statue, from which you can go everywhere you'd liked to and much more cheaper.

l'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole, molto di più che nelle foto. La posizione è delle migliori. Ed è anche un buon punto di partenza per spostarsi in tutta la città, sia a piedi che con i mezzi.

the noise at night-time was difficult to cope with in the front room. There is an adult store near by. Otherwise the apartment was perfect and good value for money.

The apartment was great,location was ideal for our needs,plenty of shops ect.The only down side was it was a bit noisy,although it didn't bother us too much.We will probably use it again yours Margo Loy

The accommodation is very well located, easy to find and very clean. From this place it is really easy to visit all interesting points of Barcelona.

Apartment very clean and modern. Location was great. There was noise from street but that was what we expected. 2 balconies and people watching were great. The 3 days we had there were great and I would not hesitate to recomment it.

The apartment was lovely, in the ideal location, very good value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. Marta, the contact person, was very pleasant and handled both the check in and check out very well. The fact that the apartment is next door to a sex shop was a bit of a shock on arrival and something that I think you should mention on your website as families with children might wish to avoid it. However, it made no difference to our stay.

The only criticism I would have - and it is a small one indeed is that the ground floor of the apartment building had a sex shop in it which was a gathering place for prostitutes and while I appreciate that people have to make a living, one was harassed when entering and leaving. It\\\'s a small thing and we were more amused than afraid, but it was a bit uncomfortable and we preferred to enter and leave in the evenings together as a result. I knew Barcelona well enough to know that the lower Ramblas is the worst part of the street but the sex shop did seem to attract more than the usual amount of unsavoury characters. There were no women in our party, but I can\\\'t help feeling that if women were staying in the apartment they might have felt unsafe in the evening and at night. Otherwise the apartment was very very well equiped and in fact notwithstanding what I said above I would go back to it again, but perhaps a warning especially to women clients might be appropriate. Another small matter was the guy who was to come to collect the keys and return the deposit was 20 mins late and when people are trying to head to the airport to catch a flight it was too much really.
