We were delighted with this apartment - it's in a perfect location, within walking distance both of the old part of town and the Modernista/Gaudi neighborhood, and around the corner from a Metro stop. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and everything was in working order. Both the owner and the Barcelonapoint contact person were accommodating, responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Trés bel appartement décoré avec gout, et tout confort. Nuisances sonore au RDV, avenue passagére. Pour les enfants voir avec propriétaire si baignoire est OK pour prendre des bains.

Appartement très agréable , très confortable et très bien plaçé. Accueil parfait.En parfaite adéquation avec la présentation faite sur le site. Mais très très très bruyant!Gros inconvénient!

We were pleased with it. It was a very pleasant apartment, nicely decorated, close to the centre, really it was everything we had hoped for. Plus friendly owners who spoke enough English to make up for my lack of Spanish!

The apartment was wonderful, and just as described on the web site. Our contact person who was very prompt, extremely polite and very helpful. Our only complaint would be that the web site indicated that the accomodation had internet facilities, which it did not.
