4 persons from Greece we stayed for 6 nights. generally very confortable accomodation. We felt like at home plus it is located in a really nice and full of life area. Restaurants, bars, metro station, supermarkets were next to our place. the only disadvantage was that the the bedroom (2 persons were sleeping) and the sitting room (there was a dooble bed for the other 2) were not seperated by wall and everything was heard. the stairs to the 4th floor was not a big problem.

Good, clean and comfortable.Good supply of crockery and cooking equipment - although we did not cook during our short stay we prefferred to eat out.On arrival ee had difficulty finding the appartment (our fault)We were delayed approx. 20mins but keyholder was very good and explained services etc We were able to contact mobile to explain.We would have appreciated extra handtowel. There was one handtowel + two bath towels provided for 2 adults.
We rec'd a phone call during our stay to confirm departure time.On departure we tried to phone with a query but were unable to get a reply from contact number provided.Overall though all was very good.

L'appartement était très bien, propre, sympa, dans un quartier agréable. Nous avons apprécié que c'était possible de se garer devant la porte pour décharger la voiture. Garage payant tout près (cher). Seul minus six étages sans ascenseur.

ruhige Lage, alles sauber, sehr Zentral gelegen, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, würde sie jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Wohnung hatte allerdings kein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer, nur durch einen Vorhang abgeteilt.

Il viaggio è andato benissimo senza alcun problema in particolare...la sistemazione era buona,andavamo sempre in giro a piedi e metropolitana,l'unica cosa un pò scomoda erano i 5 piani di scale da fare ogni volta.L'accoglienza comunque è stata buoissima...Marta era molto carina e gentile!

Wir gehörten mit dazu. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und hifsbereit und wir würden und werden bei einem nächsten Besuch eine ähnliche Form der Unterbringung wählen.Die Wohnung erfüllte insbesondere auch unser anfängliches Sicherheitsbedürfnis, wiewohl wir nach ca. zwei Tagen uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt haben in dieser doch sehr großen Stadt.Ein großes Dankeschön, an wen auch immer.

Went there with my wife in September for 2 weeks, had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed (except for a microwave) and was just the right size for the both of us (4 people could get a bit crowdy).
The location was excelent, lots of buses and subway lines nearby, as well as Barcelona's best places to visit.
You won't get this location and quality at this price anywhere else, guaranteed!

Outstanding in every way. Five flights of stairs were not a problem...the height over the street and the adjoining buildings was a bonus. All interactions with apartment owner both prior to and during our stay were friendly and all requests were accommodated promptly and happily. Beautifully located in Gracia, just down from a pleasant square, and easy access to Paissag de Gracia. In short, I highly recommend this apartment!

nice little apartment in a great neighborhood. we had a key to the roof but we were there only once because it was a bit too chilly when we were there in april. from the small balcony you can see right on one of these great little streets which are packed with live on weekends. nice little tapabars and restaurants nearby - especially the one called "wonka" right next to the apartment...man, that was delicious.
the apartments furniture is a nice collection of ikea-stuff - everything in good shape and clean.
we loved the apartment from beginning to end...

Location, location, location! On a peaceful, quiet street w/ super-easy access to convenient metro & bus lines, sights, shopping, restaurants, &c. Yoga studio across the street offers a class in English.
Apt. looks just like the pictures. High ceilings, nice wood floors, lots of great natural light & you're right under the lovely roof terrace. Perfect size for a couple. Good value for the price. As a previous reviewer mentioned, 5 flights of stairs are daunting at first but balance out all the eating!
Only minor problem: showerhead fixture requires some fussing to get it to stay in place; contact person (who was otherwise very helpful) didn't follow up on fixing it but we also didn't pursue it beyond the first conversation. This is merely a quibble though. Overall we loved our 18-day stay & heartily recommend this apt.

The owner was brilliant with her communications and met us exactly as promised. The apartment has a superb location close to Diagonal in a nice quarter. It is at the top of a five story building so there's a bit of a climb. Even so, we didn't feel this was any major problem and was perhaps helpful in view of the quality of food available in Barcelona!

Apartment was fine as was the owner.The only negative comment I have to make are the stairs. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay.
