De accommodatie heeft een prima ligging. Dicht bij het strand en het centrum, maar toch tussen de lokale bevolking. Waardoor je de Spaanse sfeer perfect beleeft.

Die Wohung liegt perfekt in der Nähe des Strandes (5 min), direkt neben der Rambla (10 sec) und lediglich ca. 8 min von der U-Bahn entfernt. Nett eingerichtet, vollkommen ausreichende Platzverhältnisse - man ist ja schließlich nicht in Barcelona, um in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Für die Vermieter gibt es nicht nur fünf, sondern sieben Sterne: Ganz freundlich, unkompliziert, immer erreichbar. (Danke nochmal!) Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Appartement très confortable, bien équipé et très charmant se trouvant à moins de trois minutes de la plage et proche du centre ville. Situé dans un quatier agréable je recommande cet appartement pour les visiteurs de barcelone. Propriétaires plus que sympathiques, ça été vraiment une bonne surprise et un agréable séjour.

Really comfortable and well equipped apartment with great terrace, perfect situated in a quiet area: 5 min walk from beach and metro station; surrounded by stores, restaurants and hypermarkets. Friendly and helpful owner. I recommend it warmly for a great vacation in Barcelona!

The apartment was exactly what I was expecting based on the description I had received on the web site and email. Close to the beach and in a great working-class neighborhood, with many dining options nearby.

Vraiment un superbe petit appartement avec toutes les commodités nécessaires dans un quartier vraiment tranquille et magnifique à moins de 500m de la mer. La personne contacte était très sympathique et disponible. Il y a tout dans le quartier pour répondre à nos besoins : boutiques, fruiterie, pâtisserie, boulangerie, etc. Et en plus les nombreuses marches pour se rendre au 4e étage permettent de limiter le surplus poids engendré par les dites pâtisseries :D

superbe appartement!A 5minutes à pied de la plage et de la station de métro. Situtation tranquille, mais avec la possibilité de faire des activités sur place. Personne de contact très aimable et serviable. Cuisine et salle de bain parfait! Le PLUS: la très jolie terrasse! Je vous le recommande vivement! :-))

Appartement charmant, bien décoré, très propre. Terrasse très sympa, ensoleillée une grande partie de la journée. A 5 minutes de la plage, 4 arrêts de la gare et 6 de la vieille ville, emplacement idéal pour profiter de Barcelone tout en profitant d'un cadre plus calme et reposant.

Charming little apartment. Loved the terrace. Short walk to beach and restaurants and shops around the corner. We walked along the beach to the center everyday. Took about one hour..beautiful. Contact person friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs to get to apartment but worth it. Great value.

Brilliant little apartment, roof terrace fab & great exercise mounting the 69 steps to front door! Everything you could need (shops/cafes/restaurants) literally 10 paces from apartment block & beach 5 minute walk. Would definately re-visit.

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.Einzige Kritik: Die Doppel- schlafstelle (Matratze auf Holzgestell) müßte verändert werden.

Sehr nette und einfache Betreuung! Wohnung liegt im 4ten Stock (67 Stufen), wenn man einmal in der Wohnung ist, gibts nichts besseres! Küche war bei unserem Besuch mit Grundausstattung (Essig/Öl, Nudeln, Zucker/Salz/Pfeffer, sogar Barcadi+2 Dosen Cola) ausgestattet, sehr positiv. Strand ist 3-5 min entfernt, super Strand, der werktags angenehm ruhig ist. Bei einem weiterem Barcelona-besuch würden wir die Wohnung auf jede Fall wieder nehmen.

Great value and fine hospitality. Close to beach, market and pleasant street walks. One proviso: it's a fourth floor apartment and there is no elevator/lift. Not for the waek of heart or muscle!

Hoewel 7 steile trapjes de toegang aardig zwaar maken wordt dit door de locatie in de gezellige wijk Poble Nou , het strand vlakbij en de gezellige inrichting van het appartement meer dan goed gemaakt , daarbij is Xavier een attente gastheer

La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible. Elle est de bon conseil et s'exprime bien en français. L'appartement était propre et agréable. Il n'est pas facile d'accès car situé au 4ème étage par un escalier étroit.

Leuke accomodatie, met mooi terras. Vlakbij het strand en 5 minuten lopen naar de dichtsbijzijnde metrohalte. Het 2-persoonsbed is wat klein voor 2 personen.
