Our only concern was that the contact person was about 20 min late on the morning of our departure when we had a train to catch. He showed, returned our deposit, and there was no problem at all. I would just not recommend scheduling such a tight window between meeting the contact and departure time; that was kind of our fault. |

Wir mussten immer wieder Details nachfragen und aushandeln, weil wir eine große Gruppe waren und in einem offiziellen Rahmen mit einem universitären Stipendium kamen und entsprechend an bestimmte Vorgehensweisen und finanzielle Bedingungen gebunden waren. Frau Soley half uns freundlich, eine passende Wohnung für unsere Bedürfnisse zu finden. Die Buchungsbestätigung, Infos zur Ankunft, Schlüsselübergabe etc., sowie die Quittung über den auf der Homepage angezeigten Gesamtbetrag sollte am besten über BarcelonaPoint (der ja unser erster Kontaktpartbner für die Buchung war) erfolgen |
