Un appartement fonctionnel et agréable pour un séjour sur Barcelone. Sa situation exceptionnelle est un atout majeur, il permet toutes les escapades dans la ville grâce à sa situation centrale. Le quartier, Barri Gothic, vieux quartier juif de la ville n'a rien à envier à celui de Geronne, référence en la matière: magnifique. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la terrasse pour les petits déjeuners, le must. Ne pas hésiter.

appartement très bien placé et très agréable avec la terrasse. Un bémol pour les samedis soirs avec la musique du café d'en bas jusqu'à pas d'heure mais c'est comme ça en Espagne.

Appartement calme, chaleureux, bien placé permettant de nombreux déplacements à pied , à proximité de tous transports. Appartement trés agréable qui ne peut être que recommandé. Bravo! Petit bémol: Notre contact était difficile à joindre sur son portable voire impossible. Nous avons eu un trés gros orage une nuit et étant sous le toit nous avons eu 3 grosses arrivés d'eau au niveau de la porte d'entrée vers le tableau électrique qui ont nécéssité la pose de casseroles pour éviter l' inondation . Nous avons fini par signaler ce problème au couple habitant l'atique de ce même immeuble ne sachant à qui nous adresser.Ils ont affirmer s'en occuper ce qu'ils ont fait. En conclusion nous avons beaucoup apprécié note séjour et l'appartement, si nous devions revenir à Barcelone, nous choisirions sans hésitation ce même appartement

Very good. It is in the real center of the city (barrio gotico) The apartement was as described, clean and very quite also because this part of the city is forbidden to the cars. Metro and Ramblas at 5 minutes walk. I hardly suggest this location.

Keurig appartement, goede voorzieningen, prima locatie in de stad. Vlakbij metro en Ramblas. We hebben genoten van het dakterras. Lekker ontbijten in de winterzon: heerlijk. Verder is het gelegen in een stil straatje waardoor je 's nachts geen last hebt van de drukte van de stad. Die drukte kun je overigens heel gemakkelijk opzoeken.

Die Wohnung war oder ist feucht, es regnete ins Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten war alles bestens, klein aber fein. Mit dem Minibadezimmer hatten wir anfangs Mühe. Die Lage ist perfekt und ruhig, mit Abendsonne und Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse.

Lovely apartment. Fantastic location, central to two main metro lines. Very helpful contact person. Air conditioning was a god send!!! Overall lovely apartment which made for a lovely holiday!

Als je niet graag in een lift gaat is het een hele klim en ben je buiten adem als je bij je appartement bent. Niettemin: de moeite waard! 't Straatje heeft ook een beetje een "achteraf" idee maar dat was misschien ook wel even wennen voor ons.

tutto ok l'alloggio era confortevole raggiungibile con metro anche perche abbastanza vicino alle ramblas vicino cera un po di tutto.si l'icaricato è arrivato puntuale.se posso cambierei l'ora della consegna della chiavi la matt.entro le 11 sia x noi che x gli altri che veranno è stato un problema spostarci con bagagli e attendere la sera sino alle 16:45 x prendere la navetta x l'aereoporto.se si potesse consegnare le chiavi + tardi o se no lasciare i bagagli sino al momento della partenza.

A very nice flat in the middle of barcelonas barri gothic. a beautiful terrace and nice rooms. quiet at night. typical tight staircais, but: small modern elevator! The only very little disadvantages: the bunk bed is a little bit disturbing if the top bed it is closed. but on the other side: it makes a stay possible up to 4 persons! And: the waterpressure in bath is a litte bit low. washing clothes by hand should be done in the kitchen. (washingmachine on the terrace!) i would take it again immediatly :-) thanks a lot.
