L'isolement vis à vis du bruit extérieur laisse à désirer, quartier animé: bagarres de rues, ramassage conteneurs à verre ... Une souris dans l'appartement mais le ménage était bien fait. Donc il faut soit être très bon dormeur et/ou faire la fiesta toute la nuit. Les étais qui fleurissent toute la cage d'escalier ne sont pas très rassurants

Het is een fijn apartement op een steenworp afstand van de Ramblas. 's Nachts werden wij soms wel vaak wakker van de geluiden op de straat.

sehr zentral, in der Nacht etwas laut (homeless people am Platz vor dem App.), das zweite Bad eigentlich nur eine Minidusche mit WC - Preis-Leistung sehr OK

The stairwell was a bit off-putting when we first arrived as there are scaffold poles there. But overall we were happy with the apartment snd all my fellow guests thought the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I would point out there was no stereo as advertised on the website and we all thought it would be a good idea if there was a kettle in the apartment; I know it was advertised but I'm sure many foreign visitors drink tea as well as coffee.

Excellent location - a perfect base for seeing the whole of Barcelona and, with easy Metro links, the wider area. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and perfect for the needs of a large group.

Some of us had some problems to sleep during the first night, because an apartement in the city centre of Barcelona is a little bit loudly - but the rest is very fine. And when I come again with a bigger group to Barcelona (and I hope I will...), I hope we can stay in the apartement again...

Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir Barcelone (de jour comme de nuit !)... Spacieux, lumineux et propre. Les contacts sont très sympas. A prendre si, comme nous, vous cherchez à être au plus près de la vie barcelonaise et des animations nocturnes !

All of us who stayed enjoyed ourselves completely. The apartment was better than expected. It was very clean and spacious. Oriol was very pleasant and very helpfil and yook great care of us.(you should give him a raise) We were very pleased with the accommodation and would definately come again to your beautiful city.
