Warm attic glazed with a view to the city from the terrace, which insures a calm and relaxed stay. The room of being, thanks to its ceiling of glass, will allow you to enjoy of the maxims hours of natural light during the day, and also to see the stars during the night. The terrace, comfortable and private, offers an open space to the exterior. The bedroom, with a double bed, incorporates a bathroom of contemporary design without forgetting the redoubts of the historical construction of the building. A third guest can sleep in the sofa-bed of the room of being. Bathroom and kitchen totally equipped.

The La Casa de Les Lletres Building has been restored combining design and literary tradition, a collection of books complement the literary spirit. Each apartment is dedicated to an author with a special relationship with the city. Its location, in front of Port Vell, between the Gothic neighborhood and the Born, and five minutes from the beach of the Barceloneta, is ideal to enjoy the city.

The building has a Restaurant-Bar, is endowed with safety box, and cameras in every floor. We offer cleaning service (under request).

For Long Stays (one month or more: Gaz, electricty,etc, won't be included.
