Luxurious and spacefull duplex decorated with a cozy and modern style and furniture of quality. In the inferior floor there is a wide dining room with high ceilings and with interior walls of brick seen manual. The kitchen incorporated to the room is totally equipped. The bedroom has the option of two individual beds or a double one. The shower, lined wooden, is warm and original. In the superior floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with a small bath, and a space with a study table.
La Casa de Les Lletres Building has been restored combining design and literary tradition, a collection of books complement the literary spirit. Each apartment is dedicated to an author with a special relationship with the city. Its location, in front of Port Vell, between the Gothic neighborhood and the Born, and five minutes from the beach of the Barceloneta, is ideal to enjoy the city.

The building has a Restaurant-Bar, is endowed with safety box, and cameras in every floor. We offer cleaning service (under request).

For Long Stays (one month or more: Gaz, electricty,etc, won't be included.
